By accessing, browsing or using any service provided by AKSS Kosovo (“Company”, “we”, “our”), you (“Client”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AKSS Kosovo. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using our services and refrain from making bookings or purchases.
If you use our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

All services are offered subject to availability. AKSS Kosovo reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service to any client at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide further explanation.
3.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be submitted through our official website or authorised representatives.
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or the required deposit.
- We reserve the right to reject any booking without explanation.
- Booking confirmations are sent by email within 24–48 hours after payment.
3.2 Payment Terms
- All prices are stated in Euro (€), unless otherwise specified.
- VAT and applicable taxes will be added in accordance with Kosovo law.
- Accepted payment details: bank transfer to our verified IBAN or card payment via accepted methods.
- Full payment must be received before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur an additional fee of 2% per week.
3.3 Prices and Additional Costs
- All listed prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
- Additional costs such as visas, travel insurance, unspecified meals or other expenses are the client’s responsibility.
- Exchange-rate fluctuations may affect final prices.
- Custom offers are valid only for 7 days from the issue date.

4.1 Client-initiated cancellations

4.2 Company-initiated cancellations
- Full refund if AKSS cancels for reasons within our control.
- An alternative event or credit may be offered at no additional cost.
- The offered credit remains valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.
4.3 Force majeure cancellations
In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, etc.):
- No refund applies for already-booked third-party services (hotels, airlines, etc.).
- We will assist with rescheduling or crediting future events.
- Credit for future events may be offered with a 12-month validity.
4.4 Refund processing
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our official support page.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Bank transfer fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information for bookings and applications.
- Secure travel documents: valid passport, visa, permits and insurance as required for exhibition or travel.
- Comply with all event rules, local laws and host-country regulations.
- Maintain professional conduct and business ethics throughout participation.
- Respect payment deadlines to avoid automatic cancellation or penalties.
- Always verify bank account information before making payments.
- Promptly update contact information and business details when necessary.
AKSS Kosovo acts as an intermediary and booking organiser for various third-party service providers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, event organisers and exhibition venues.
We are not responsible for:
- Acts, omissions or negligence of third-party providers.
- Flight delays, cancellations or changes by airlines.
- Hotel safety issues, overbooking or accommodation problems.
- Event cancellations, postponements or changes by organisers.
- Loss, theft, injury or damage to personal property or health.
- Visa refusals or delays by immigration authorities.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, terrorism, war or pandemics.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. Under no circumstances shall AKSS Kosovo be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software and design, is the exclusive property of AKSS Kosovo and protected by international copyright, trademark and intellectual-property laws.
- Unauthorised copying, modification or distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Use of our name or logo for commercial purposes is not permitted without written consent.
- Software or custom materials delivered to clients remain their intellectual property only if otherwise specified in writing.
- The client may receive a licence to use delivered software, but ownership remains with AKSS Kosovo if so specified in the agreement.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your data under that Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:
- Negotiation: First, an attempt at amicable settlement through direct communication.
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action.
- Jurisdiction: The courts of Prizren, Kosovo have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceeding.
Any legal action must be commenced within 1 year from the date of the alleged breach.
AKSS Kosovo reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
